Opening for one of the reputed FMCG - stationery company for the position of Manager - Factory Operations

CTC - 7L
To ensure optimum utilization of all resources (man, material, machine) in Notebook Manufacturing by building systems and processes and through capability building of people .
2. To manage shift operation ensuring 100% adherence to production plan. To ensure machines are operated in shift at target efficiency.
3. To ensure material yield is as per the target.
4. To be the lead technical resource for preventive, predictive & downtime maintenance
5. To take part in training & development of manpower
6. Electrical & Electronics related knowledge on machinery parts (Drives, PLC & Sensors etc) – Identification of breakdown issues, Trouble shooting & preventive action plans
7. Reviewing and understanding the schematic/machine electrical drawings, trouble shooting the issues
8. Knowledge on Utility equipment’s like transformer, compressors, electrical HT & LT panels, fire protection system – pumps & fire alarm system. Maintenance activities & trouble shooting related to utility equipment
