The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion Graduate in Commerce (), Master's in Finance / Commerce / MBA (Finance preferred) Strong experience in FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting Advanced MS Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP IF conditions Pivot Tables & Charts Knowledge of Excel Macros and SQL is an added advantage Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Consulting, IT Services, or Service-based organizations preferred Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins) Prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities Work closely with business, sales, and operations teams to support decision-making
