About the role

- Support customer data management and business development initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
- Generate insights to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG sectors.
