• Job Title: Executive – Pre-Sales (Telecaller)
• Salary: 3.5 LPA – 4.5LPA + Incentives
• Education: Any graduate
• Languages: Kannada, English, Telugu,
• Professional Experience:
  • Candidate should possess minimum of 3 year of work experience in real estate Pre-sales role
  • Good communication skills (written and Oral)

• Responsibilities:
  • Handling in bound and out bound calls
  • Day to day interactions with the Customers to share project specific details
  • Responsible for handling all customers inquiries
  • Follow up with clients for Site visit & Revisits
  • Coordination with sales team for lead reallocations and site visits
  • Follow up with customers to further closure process
  • Should be adept at client Relationship Management
