Job Responsibilities:
1.Execute purchasing activities as per company requirements and approved procedures.
2.Coordinate daily procurement activities and ensure timely purchase of materials.
3.Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
4.Obtain quotations, compare offers, and recommend the best sourcing options.
5.Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
6.Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and procurement documentation.
7.Coordinate with inventory and store teams to monitor stock levels and procurement needs.
8.Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
9.Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
10.Assist in cost control initiatives and support budget management activities.
11.Support improvement of procurement systems and processes.
12.Experience in purchasing RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packing Materials), and Laboratory
Chemicals.
13.Compare and evaluate supplier quotations and proposals.
14.Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with vendors.
15.Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning and material requirements.
16.Prepare daily procurement updates, MIS reports, and weekly reports.
17.Organize and submit monthly procurement data and PPT presentations within defined timelines.
