Role SummaryResponsible for conducting R&D and production trials, implementing approved formulations at plant scale, monitoring product quality, supporting new product development, and resolving technical issues in coordination with Production, QC, Procurement, and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor R&D and production trials as per approved formulations, SOPs, and product specifications.
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products and monitor results against defined specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot process and product deviations related to workability, setting time, strength, adhesion, appearance, and consistency.
- Support new product development, formulation optimization, comparative trials, and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, and R&D teams for trial execution, corrective actions, and technical improvements.
- Maintain trial reports, test results, batch observations, technical documentation, and product specifications.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Construction Materials, or relevant technical qualification.
Experience & Industry Background
- 0–2 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Technical Services, or Production Trials.
- Building Materials / Construction Chemicals industry experience preferred.
