Executive- Sales is responsible for carrying out BD and sales activities across assigned areas and channels and categories as per the defined sales strategy and SOPs. This role will focus on meeting defined revenue targets set by management through guidance from senior team members/leveraging information in client databases to identify optimal cross-sell/upsell/new client opportunities for quality lead generation and ensuring high lead conversion for all clients pitched to. Additionally, this role will focus on ensuring a high client NPS and customer retention by resolving all client queries on time and ensure ongoing customer relationship management.
