Executive/ Senior Executive - Corporate Accounts (AR)

• Manage customer invoicing and revenue-related transactions.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Coordinate with vessel owners, customers, and internal stakeholders for timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and unapplied receipts.
• Prepare customer statements and collection reports.
• Perform AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to receivables.

Required skill set:

• Strong O2C / Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (AR, Billing, Customer Master).
• Experience in customer collections and dispute management.
• Good understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Aging Analysis).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions and follow-ups independently.
