Executive/Senior Executive - PPIC

Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

Location: Mumbai

• Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Manage inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle order punching and generate PPIC-related MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
• Plan release and dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage artwork coordination and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with PPIC processes and maintain accurate records.
• Work on SAP for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.

• 3–7 years of experience in PPIC within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, inventory control, dispatch planning, and documentation.
• Good understanding of artwork coordination and inventory processes.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
