Role & responsibilities

• Understand our internal land requirements for procurement at the group level
• Develop a deep understanding of our markets of interest for current and future expansion
• Learn the regulatory framework governing the real estate stakeholders in MMR across markets
• Prepare project feasibility, P&L statements, and discounted cash flow statements across phases
• Formulate strategies for project operational, transactional, and developmental levels
• Manage interpersonal relationships both internally and externally with concerned stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, manage MIS reporting and prepare executive management presentations
• Engage in commercial negotiations and share inputs for preparing term-sheets, MoUs, agreements
• Participate in public presentations and formal engagements

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and IT skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
• Financial modelling and analytical skills
• High aptitude, willingness to work hard and eager to learn
• Smart and presentable
• Ability to absorb knowledge, adapt and apply

Educational Qualification - BE (any stream) / B Arch (Preferred) + MBA Finance / CFA / CA (must)

Experience - Up to 2 years in leading brands in Real Estate or BFSI related to Real Estate.

Job Title: Business Analyst (Management Consulting, Transactions, Acquisitions, Advisory).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modeling and Analysis:
   • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate various real estate opportunities, including but not limited to cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI), and sensitivity analysis.
   • Analyze, interpret, and present financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to assess the financial viability of potential real estate projects to the Board.

1. Transaction Evaluation:
   • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate projects, including property valuations, risk assessments, feasibility studies etc.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal & external) to gather and analyze relevant data for decision-making.

1. Macro Environment:
   • Stay abreast of political & real estate regulatory changes, economic factors and market trends that may impact redevelopment decisions.
   • Provide strategic advisory to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architecture (preferred) or a related field and a master's degree in Finance / CA / CFA (must).
• Upto 2 years Proven experience / Internship as a Financial Analyst in real estate / IPCs will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques, market dynamics, and investment principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and power-point.
