Executive Supply Chain-D2C
Key Responsibilities:
· Working as POC for sales team for D2C operations.
· Inventory planning for all D2C platforms.
· Performance matrices monitoring for D2C key accounts.
· Coordination with production team on plan vs actual tracking.
· Order receiving and processing. Dispatch coordination with Dispatch team and last mile delivery
· Account handling of various ECOM channels for delivery performance monitoring.
· TAT monitoring and control.
· Disputes handling and closure.
· Weight and claims discrepancies handling and closure.
· Continual cost reduction in logistics and D2C orders. New vendor onboarding.
· RTO, RTD issues, escalations, and closure for D2C orders.
· POD Updating tracking and verifier.
· Monitoring customer complaints related to delivery experience, timely action and closure.
Budget: 3-4 lacs

Qualification : Graduate
Experience: minimum 2 years+ in matching profile.
