Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students and aspirants preparing for government competitive examinations and guide them toward suitable courses based on their preparation needs and career goals.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and generate course enrolments.
Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and available offerings related to government exam preparation.
Promote and sell online courses for government examinations such as SSC, Banking, Railway, Teaching, Defence, and other competitive exams.
Understand student requirements, address queries, and recommend relevant courses to maximize conversions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions using CRM tools.
Ensure a positive student experience through professional communication and effective counselling.
This is a complete in-office role with no work-from-home option.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling high-volume calls and counselling students over the phone.
Interest in government competitive examinations and awareness of exams such as SSC, Banking, Railway, or Teaching will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or educational sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives.
Willingness to work full-time from the Gurugram office.
