Opening for one of the reputed Duty Free shop for the position of Executive - VM & Merchandising’ at Goa

Requirements details mentioned below:

·        Qualification : MBA / Degree with relevant Experience

·        Good English communication skills

·        Experience : 3 to 7 years

·        Age : Less than 30 years

Gender - Male / Female

·        Work shifts – General (8 hrs)

·        Work Location : Goa, preferrably Goa local candidates, maharastra and karnataka candiates can apply

·        Salary range – Max upto 3.25 Lacs P.A., 25K take home

Marketing Execution Support

·        On-floor/In-store execution of marketing campaigns, events and sales promotions props setup.

·        Execution of offer communications visibility through vinyl/flex pasting.

·        Ensuring all marketing collaterals/props including danglers. Offer boards, standees, etc. are placed in high visibility spots as advised.

·        Follow-ups with runners of all vendors/suppliers to receive the material and ensure entry and placement on the floor after due security/ material inwards process.

GDF Brand perception, awareness & advertising

·        Marketing in Digital Media & relevant channels. Focus on ROI to increase cost effectiveness of campaigns.

·        Manage the creative agency as per agreed SLAs. Develop copy/content, creative designs of marketing communication materials for publicizing campaigns, promotional offers, product launches, etc.

·        Creating Promotional Videos for GDF for advertising on social media.

·        Analyze latest marketing trends and track competitors’ activities and provide inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

Store Visual Merchandising

·        Escorting Supplier vendors on the floor and providing all necessary support to ensure effective and time-bound execution of Mega promotions, HPP/SPP setups.

·        Stock keeping of Price Tickets, Signages, standees, lights, baskets, carry bags, and other communication material on floor.

·        Floor level sanitization of electricity material and helping in maintenance & executions.

·        Fixtures maintenance and upkeep.

·        Movement of fixtures from floor to floor and warehouse to floor & vice-versa as & when required.

·        Taking initiatives to improve store ambience and aesthetics on VM directions.

Activations & Events Calendar Execution Support

·        Part of events/activations team to provide all necessary support to execute all festive decors, events & Mega Promotions setups including material purchase and for material & manpower entry and supervising on-floor execution as per the agreed plan.

·        Ensure executional support for category festivals.

Materials Purchase & Vendor Onboarding Support

·        Going to market and getting props/electricity material, etc. as required for execution support of marketing events & initiates and maintaining VM sanitization.

·        Escorting videographer/photographers through their visit duration to the stores and ensuring the material entry/exit as per due security process.

·        Assisting brand vendors for execution of Mega promotion/HPP/SPP setups.

In store communication and displays management

·        Instore media management including signages placement for category/price tickets/products/POS communication.

·        Collaborate with Category & Operations teams to create visual strategies & promotional events in order to entertain, excite and maintain interest of target groups of customers.

·        Identify & source props, marketing/communication collaterals, lighting, fixtures, etc for store ambience upkeep and sales support.
