Export Control & Sanctions Operations - Assistant Manager

Task Professional (TP) - responsible as Shift Lead for Sanction Party List (SPL) Screening Operation. Responsibilities include:
Handle SPL operations during the shift
Handling and allocation of workflows
Manage Mailers and Queries and responding to stakeholders' operational queries
Monitor Workflow and SLA during the shift
Maintain and consolidate activity trackers for the shift
Responsible for tracking errors during the shift
Takeover/Handover activities during shift change
Conveying and implementing instructions and work guidance to shift members
First level query resolution & First Point of escalation
Reporting and Coordinating with Team Lead

Educational Qualification: ., B.SC, B.A., B.Tech., BCA, MBA

Working knowledge in SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools;

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

2 to 5 years of experience with Export control & Sanctions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions in adherence to guidelines provided.

Experience in handling global operations
