About the role
1.Engage with rural communities in the project area for promotion of dairying and production of clean & safe milk keeping the key deliverables under consideration.
2.Provide technical support for creating and executing the herd improvement/ enhancement business plans for the dairy farmers. E-monitoring of farmers’ herds for care and services.
3.Ensure the implementation of the key activities in line with its rationale and purpose.
4.Monitor and supervise the work of Livestock health care program.
5.Monthly and quarterly review of project progress and planning with the project team.
6.Provide feedback and strategic suggestions to project team. Liaison with line agencies.
7.Manage and lead a team of 6-8 project staff and establish a seamless system.
