About the role
1. Inspect the Tankers barrels (interior) & milk loading/unloading system for Proper CIP, free from CIP flush, Proper Gaskets.
2. Ensure that every tanker has extra set of gaskets.
3. Ensure material to be delivered to BMC is also ready in advance.
4. Ensure that Tanker Drivers & Tanker Supervisors report in time and ready with their Milk testing Kits and Milk sample kits.
5. Arrangement for maintaining the cold chain for BMC sample carrying Kit for daily use. And sufficient sample bottles.
6. Ensure to depute Tanker supervisors on random rotation basis.
7. Ensure tamper proofing of milk while en-route
8. Attend SDDPL lab to supervise the milk reception/testing/CIP procedures as per duty roaster for seamless operations.
9. Collect Tanker Lab reports and share
10. Milk Tanker Departure by 9.00 AM and arrival in time. On arrival expedite gate entry, sampling, testing and CIP and gate out protocol
11. Coordination with Milk Tanker Supervisor and Support.
