F&A Trainer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&A Trainer to join our Finance team. As a Trainer, you will be responsiblefordeliveringcomprehensivetrainingprogramsdesignedtoenhancethefinancialandaccountingskills of Associates. You will create, update, and present training materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and cater to the learning needs at various levels.

• DesignanddelivertrainingprogramsspecializinginFinance&Accounting
  
• ConductTNAandfacilitatesessionsfornewrecruitsonmoduleslikeP2P,O2C,GL/BankReconciliation
  
• Prepare,develop,andscheduletrainingbatchestoensurecontinualupskillingofstaff
  
• Create redeployment reports for trainees who are unable to continue as a part of the training due to certain reason
  
• CollectandcompilebatchfeedbackfromOperations
  
• Toensure allinformationpertaining toclient(inclusive of Training informationbutnot exhaustive) is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only
  
• GenerateTrainingqualityscoresandprepareandmaintainreportspertainingtotraining
  
• Liaise with the Quality team/Operationsto identify main painareasand address those through customizedtraining sessions
  
• Performotherdutiesasassigned
