About the role
- Generate funds through the face to face fund raising technique using the prescribed products by the organisation (Child sponsorship/ one time donors )
- Communicate effectively to donors / sponsors on the activities of the organisation as trained by the induction process
- Participate in all the sponsor campaigns, fundraising, public engagement and other Action Aid activity as per organisational requirements
- Achieve agreed upon targets for sponsor/ donor acquisition
- Identify potential locations for running fundraising campaigns for the team
- Play active role in the overall target achievement of the team
- Ensure that all the field generated information is properly entered in the sponsorship mandate form and daily call report
- Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to Action Aid by him/herself
- Represent ActionAid in a responsible manner as per the ALPS norms
