Industry: Precision Injection Moulding
Location: Bangalore – Harohalli Industrial Area
Experience: 10 to 15 years
To manage day-to-day factory operations for a precision injection moulding unit, ensuring smooth production, quality compliance, manpower control, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production activities and achieve planned output
- Manage shop-floor manpower, shift allocation, and discipline
- Monitor injection moulding machines, mould changeovers, and production schedules
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety practices
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, tool room, and stores teams
- Track production, rejection, downtime, and efficiency reports
- Ensure on-time dispatch as per customer schedules
- 10 ot 15 years of experience in precision injection moulding / plastic manufacturing
- Hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations and machine handling
- Strong understanding of moulding processes, materials, and cycle times
- Experience in manpower handling and shift operations
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and safety compliance
