Factory Manager - Plastic Factory

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experiencedPlastics Factory Managerto oversee production operations, improve productivity, reduce waste and ensure smooth factory operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic production and mould-related activities.

• Manage day-to-day production activities in the plastics factory.
  
• Plan and monitor production operations.
  
• Reduce production waste and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Fit and adjust moulds as required.
  
• Coordinate mould repair activities.
  
• Prepare daily production and operational reports.
  
• Work effectively with local staff and production teams.
  
• Ensure smooth production operations and maintain required standards.
  

• Education:CPET Certification in Plastics.
  
• Age:28 to 35 years.
  
• Experience:Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Plastics Factory Manager
  
• Languages:Hindi or English.
  
• Must have practical knowledge of running plastic production machinery.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
