RU’s residential campus drives innovation. The School of Entrepreneurship seeks an Assistant Professor of Marketing to empower students with Marketing acumen for entrepreneurial success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teaching
and Mentorship: Deliver engaging lectures in Marketing subjects such as Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution, and Market Research.
- Industry
Engagement: Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, live projects, and partnerships.
- Curriculum
Development: Design marketing courses integrating marketing and entrepreneurial concepts
- Research:
Publish on marketing innovations.
- Student
Support: Guide students on marketing concept during office hours and workshops.
- Administrative
Contribution: Organise marketing-focused events and
industry collaborations.
Education & Experience
Required
- PhD
or Master’s in the topic of Marketing or related fields.
- 3-5
years of Academic/Industry experience in the field of marketing
- Strong
analytical and communication skills.
- Alignment
