- Customer Service:

- Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a strong understanding of apparel products, including materials, sizing, and styling options.
- Offer in-depth knowledge about clothing care, brand uniqueness, and fashion compatibility.
- Visual Merchandising Support:
- Assist in creating eye-catching product displays and ensure that the floor layout remains organized and attractive.
- Monitor fitting rooms and assist customers with outfit trials, offering style advice as needed.
- Maintain standards for product presentation and cleanliness, restocking items as necessary.
- Sales Assistance:
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
- Track customer preferences to ensure personalized recommendations and repeat business.
- Store Maintenance:
- Ensure a tidy store environment by organizing merchandise, folding clothes, and keeping fitting areas neat.
- Participate in inventory management and report discrepancies or stock issues.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and retail.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
