- Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers upon entry and provide them with friendly, personalized assistance.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessory based on their preferences and needs.
- Offer styling advice and suggestions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available in the store.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Educate customers about product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by arranging displays and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively.
- Participate in setting up window displays and promotional showcases to highlight new arrivals and promotions.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Sales Support:
- Ring up purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including fitting rooms and back storage areas.
- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
