Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product
recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and long-term
engagement.
Handle customer queries, product concerns, exchanges, and basic after-sales
support professionally.
Support upselling and cross-selling by suggesting relevant complementary products
and accessories.
Maintain attractive product presentation and support visual merchandising standards.
Keep the assigned sales area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new collections, promotions, offers, and brand
guidelines.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the store, sales, and
merchandising teams.
Support fashion events, product launches, promotional activities, and brand
