About the role

- Net-new role (not a backfill); hands-on technical lead — not a pure consultant/BA profile
- Must have strong client-facing skills — able to independently understand problem statements and build/present solutions
- ~15% domain flavor, but full-stack engineering is the core requirement
- Target experience: 5–10 years (salary isn't strictly tied to experience level)
Skills
- Python for production, API/tool integration, data pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks
- Full-stack strongly preferred over pure backend/frontend
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP all acceptable (AWS & Azure most common in market)
- Basic agile/CI-CD expected
- Minor skill gaps are fine — 2–3 weeks ramp-up post-hire is acceptable
- Use the shared proficiency matrix (intermediate/advanced/expert) to rate candidates
Location
- 99% onsite with clients — please avoid pushing remote-only candidates
- Priority order: Bangalore → Hyderabad → Noida
- Candidates need to be open to travel/relocation
