About the role
Role: Field Officer – Turbine
Reporting to: Shift Incharge - CPP
Purpose: To perform safe and economical field and DCS operation of turbine and ensure continuous availability of turbine.
Responsibility:
·Perform field operation of turbine.
·Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of turbine operations.
·Manage the operation of turbine control panels.
·Monitor control panel data and alarms, taking corrective actions as needed to maintain safe and efficient operations.
·Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repairs and modifications.
·Monitor and record turbine parameters.
·Adjust operational parameters of turbine to maintain desired output and safety levels.
·Startup / Shutdown as per operating procedures.
Educational Qualification: Diploma Mechanical
Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in related domain
Knowledge:
·Knowledge of turbine field and panel operation.
·Knowledge of extraction cum condensing turbine.
·Knowledge of turbine parameters, interlocks, etc.
·Knowledge of equipment startup/ shutdown, maintenance and troubleshooting.
