Job Description: INSPECTION BACKGROUND IS MANDATORY

Raw Material Incoming stage inspection & coo-relation with MTC followed by testing (Cement, Sand, Aggregate, Bricks, Soil, Water Etc.) & other civil testing (Compaction Testing, NDT testing-Rebound Hammer Test, Core Cutter Test, Pull-out testing, UPV & Impact Test, Sieve Analysis Test). Sound knowledge of IS standards/ government regulations & it’s Compliance. Piling = Grade of concreating, pile alignment, concrete testing (slump, cube…etc.) Building work= Bar binding, stuttering & steel placement, physical dimension, concreating. Fencing = concreting, chain-link material fixing. Road= material check, physical dimension. Drain= slope, dimension, stuttering & steel placement, concreating. Batching Plant Inspection Knowledge.Additional Skill Set:
Notices of non-conformance and corrective actions. Ensure compliance of Field Quality Plans. Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Assurance reporting. Coordination with Quality head & O&M head. Investigate incident or defect root cause. Lead Internal /external Auditing. Good knowledge of report making and mail communication. Familiar with soft skill (MS office …. etc.).
