About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join as Sales Officers with a prominent Bank. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting relevant banking products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through field sales and customer interactions.
- Assist customers with account opening and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote relevant banking and financial products.
- Identify and approach potential customers for banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels, including Branch Leads, customer referrals and market visits.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain accurate records and follow the bank's processes and guidelines.
