We are looking for a seasoned IBM FileNet Support and Deployment Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing FileNet P8 environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and handling end-to-end deployment, upgrade, and maintenance tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of FileNet systems used across enterprise applications.

• Provide L2/L3 support for IBM FileNet P8 platform, including Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
• Perform FileNet deployments, configurations, and environment migrations (DEV → QA → PROD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet services, workflows, and integrations
• Perform performance tuning and health checks on FileNet systems
• Support patching, upgrades, and hotfixes for IBM FileNet components
• Coordinate with IBM support for critical incidents and product bugs
• Implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies and backup procedures
• Maintain documentation of configuration changes, deployment guides, and issue logs
• Work closely with infrastructure teams for WebSphere, DB2 / Oracle, and LDAP integrations
• Support application teams for FileNet API integration and usage
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24x7 support for production environments when needed

• Extensive experience with IBM FileNet P8 (v5.x, v5.5.x or later)
• Strong knowledge of Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, and Content Navigator
• Experience with Case Manager and ICM (IBM Case Manager) configurations and support
• Proficiency in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and tuning
• Hands-on with Java-based FileNet APIs and REST services
• Database knowledge: IBM DB2, Oracle (for backend data handling)
• Experience in FileNet security configuration, SSO, and LDAP integration
• Familiarity with CMIS, ICC (IBM Content Collector), and Cognos Reporting is a plus
• Scripting skills: Shell, PowerShell, or Python (for automation and deployments)

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift for containerized deployments
• Experience in cloud migrations (IBM Cloud / Azure / AWS) for FileNet environments
• Exposure to BPM tools or other ECM systems (e.g., Documentum, OpenText)
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for deployment automation
• IBM certifications in FileNet administration or deployment

• Ability to lead a small team or guide junior engineers
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, business-critical environments
