Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes in publishing/production workflows. Excellent understanding of customer requirements, SOPs, style guides, and quality standards. Proficiency in reviewing Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, PDF, XML, and other production deliverables, as applicable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
