Description:
Primary Location:Engie office, Gurugram/Delhi
Key activities and
competencies:
ØTimely Accounting for
Financial Transactions:
·Accurately record
vendor invoices, customer invoices, employee reimbursements, payments, and
receipts.
·Deliver timely and
high-quality month end management accounts.
·Support year end audit
process and financial accounting work.
ØMonthly Accruals and
Provisions:
·Book monthly accruals
and provisions in a timely manner.
·Ensure accuracy and
completeness of accruals and provisions.
ØCompliance with Local
Tax Regulations:
·Prepare data for tax
returns and filings.
ØFixed Asset Register
(FAR) Management:
·Maintain and track the
Fixed Asset Register (FAR). Record depreciation and amortization for fixed
assets.
ØData Archival and
Backup:
·Ensure timely archival
of financial data.
·Maintain digital
records and ensure all transactions are backed up securely.
ØQuery Management and
Discrepancy Resolution:
·Address and resolve
queries related to financial transactions.
·Investigate and resolve
discrepancies in financial records.
Required
Qualifications
- Degree: CA Inter with 2-3 years
of experience in accounting/finance role
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind-AS
and SAP - B1 software.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel
- Ability to prepare, analyse
and interpret financial information
- Good communication and
interpersonal skills
