About the role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models using Excel.
- Monitor business performance and key financial metrics.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Support compliance and improve financial processes.
- Record and manage commercial entries in Tally ERP.
- Work closely with finance and other departments to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage.
