Role: Payroll Coordinator, Level 3
Location: Pune
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with Payroll/ AP/ HR Helpdesk expertise to perform due diligence activities & manage new transition effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Expertise in federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Solid understanding of payroll principles/ duties.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Review payroll data, deductions, reimbursements, and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
- Prepare payroll reports, maintain confidential records, and support audits and statutory requirements.
- Monitor payroll processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and accuracy.
