About the Role
We are looking for a curious, hands-on Data & Analytics Developer who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will combine strong SQL expertise with engaging Tableau dashboards and efficient ETL workflows to deliver trusted analytics that make a measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
· Write efficient SQL queries to extract, validate, transform, and analyse data.
· Design intuitive, high-impact dashboards using Tableau Desktop.
· Build and maintain reliable ETL workflows using Tableau Prep and Alteryx.
· Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
· Partner with stakeholders to uncover insights, improve processes, and support informed decision-making.
· Explore automation and AI-enabled approaches to accelerate analytics delivery.
Essential Skills
· SQL: Strong querying, data manipulation, validation, and optimisation skills.
· Dashboarding: Practical experience creating compelling visual analytics in Tableau Desktop.
· ETL: Sound knowledge of data preparation and transformation using Tableau Prep and Alteryx.
· Problem-solving: Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear, practical solutions.
· Communication: Confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Good to Have
· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, and Power BI.
· Python skills for automation, data processing, or analytics.
· Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or solution design.
