About the role
To operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and energy-efficient operation while maintaining the required indoor temperature, humidity, and air quality standards. Operate and monitor chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment and record operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, current, and vibration. Ensure HVAC systems operate within the prescribed temperature and humidity parameters. Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and report any abnormalities immediately. Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond promptly to alarms and equipment faults. Assist in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and support maintenance activities carried out by technicians and OEM
