We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fit-Out Manager to manage and monitor post-possession interior and fit-out activities at residential developments. This role involves overseeing buyer-initiated fit-out work post “fit-out possession,” ensuring all modifications comply with approved guidelines, safety norms, and quality standards while minimizing disruption to project operations.

• Act as the single point of contact for all buyer-initiated fit-out activities post possession
• Review and approve fit-out applications, drawings, and modification requests as per developer guidelines
• Coordinate site access, approvals, and timelines for buyers’ contractors and vendors
• Ensure all fit-out activities comply with structural safety norms, developer policies, and community rules
• Conduct pre-fit-out and post-fit-out inspections with customers to ensure scope clarity and completion verification
• Monitor and control unauthorized civil modifications impacting building safety or aesthetics
• Provide technical guidance to homeowners, interior vendors, and internal teams on permissible changes
• Coordinate with internal departments (MEP, Security, Customer Care, Facilities, etc.) to facilitate smooth fit-out execution
• Maintain detailed documentation for each unit’s fit-out activity, including approvals, progress, and closure status
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping protocols are followed during ongoing work
• Support estate/facilities management teams in managing common areas during the fit-out phase
• Address customer queries and resolve conflicts related to fit-out guidelines or contractor behavior professionally
• Develop and implement SOPs for clients entering the fit-out phase in coordination with the CRM team

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in fit-out or interior supervision (residential projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of structural limitations, waterproofing systems, electrical layouts, and interior practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Working knowledge of building codes, fire safety norms, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong on-site problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Prior experience with real estate developers or PMC firms
• Exposure to gated community fit-out protocols and society handover norms
• Familiarity with CRM systems or fit-out management platforms
