Fitter

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fitter in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our client, Sri Ayyan Fabs, is a reputed organization in the Facade Systems, Structural Glazing, Aluminium Fabrication, and Civil Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of aluminium and MS fabricated components.
  
• Install facade systems, curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, doors, windows, and railings.
  
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and installation layouts.
  
• Carry out measuring, marking, drilling, grinding, cutting, fitting, and finishing work.
  
• Ensure proper alignment, levelling, and quality standards during installation.
  
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors for timely project completion.
  
• Follow all company safety, quality, and site procedures.
  

• Aluminium Fabrication – Fabrication and fitting of aluminium structures.
  
• Structural Glazing – Installation of glazing and curtain wall systems.
  
• Drawing Reading – Interpret fabrication and installation drawings accurately.
  
• Site Installation – Execute installation activities as per project requirements.
  
• Hand & Power Tools – Safe and efficient operation of tools.
  

• ACP Cladding
  
• Glass Installation
  
• Site Fitting & Erection
  

Candidates with 1–6 years of relevant experience in Facade Systems, Structural Glazing, Aluminium Fabrication, MS Fabrication, ACP Cladding, or Site Installation are preferred. Freshers with ITI (Fitter) and strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum: ITI – Fitter (Preferred)
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional: ITI – Welder / Turner / Machinist
