This is a customer-facing role with the primary responsibility of interfacing with the customersfor outstanding payments.📈 Key Responsibilities
● Contact customers via phone calls, emails ● Convince the customer to clear the pending dues● Complete ownership & responsibility of assigned tasks● Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper resolution of queries of thecustomers● Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree● Min 3 months of experience in Collections● Excellent communication skills● Working knowledge of MSOffice● Language - Hindi and English
