About the role
Role / Position Overview: This is a high-visibility, multi-functional role working directly with the Founder and senior leadership. You will support strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional operations, lead research and industry mapping, and contribute to new business and revenue-focused projects. Key Responsibilities: Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Strategic & Operational Support ● Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to plan, execute, and track strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. ● Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables. ● Prepare research-backed briefs, presentations, and reports that support leadership decision-making. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Drive collaboration between departments and verticals to ensure alignment and remove execution bottlenecks. ● Act as a central coordination point for projects that span multiple teams or business verticals. ● Track project milestones, flag risks proactively, and ensure timely delivery. Research & Process Improvement ● Conduct structured research on new business opportunities, market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices. ● Identify and implement process improvements, workflow automations, and efficiency gains across the organization. ● Evaluate and recommend tools, vendors, and technologies — including AI and automation platforms — to enhance productivity and execution quality. Communication, Documentation & Presentation ● Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic decks for leadership. ● Draft emails, notes, content pieces, and communication material when required. ● Support internal and external communication for new projects or initiatives. Ad Hoc Projects & Execution ● Take end-to-end ownership of projects assigned by leadership — from scoping and planning to execution and reporting. ● Handle vendor evaluations, partnership assessments, and other business-critical analyses as needed. ● Step into ambiguous or undefined problem spaces with initiative and deliver structured, high-quality output. Qualification: Educational Qualification Others, if any ● Graduate mandatory (Business, Economics, or related field) ● Post-graduate (MBA/PGDM) highly preferred but not compulsory Work Experience: No. of yrs Nature of work exp. reqd. Others, if any 1–2 Years The role requires 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Business Excellence, Program/Project Management, or a startup environment.
