About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design the 0-to-1 GTM Playbook: Build and execute the initial customer acquisition strategy specifically targeting real estate channel partners and small businesses.
- Own Product Marketing: Translate technical CRM features into compelling, benefit-driven messaging, high-converting landing pages, and sales enablement materials like demo decks.
- Establish the Organic Foundation: Write and produce early core content, including customer case studies, SEO-optimized website copy, and industry thought leadership.
- Lead Customer Discovery: Conduct continuous user interviews with early adopters to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and feed market insights back to the product roadmap.
- Execute with High Agency: Operate independently with a "T-shaped" skillset—handling copywriting, ad management, and basic design without needing external agencies or detailed briefs.
