About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own recruiting across multiple functions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines.
- Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
- Help build our employer brand and recruiting presence.
Within your first few months, you'll:
- Build strong candidate pipelines across key roles.
- Improve hiring velocity and candidate quality.
- Help close exceptional talent that can meaningfully impact company growth.
- Establish scalable recruiting processes.
- Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring for startup or technology companies.
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidate quality and fit.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience hiring engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Experience recruiting for startups from Seed to Series A stage.
- Familiarity with AI, healthcare, or SaaS companies.
- Experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
- Strong professional network within Indian startup ecosystems.
