About the role

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream -BCOM, MCOM, MBA in Finance, CA/ICWA or Engineering background with proven transformation expertise in Finance and Accounts processes. Must Have • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis • Management reporting and financial performance analysis • P&L, cost analysis and financial data validation Good to Know • Advanced Excel and financial modeling • Power BI/Tableau and FP&A platforms • Scenario planning, workforce planning and automation  Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
