Role Purpose
Drive transformation across FP&A delivery, sales, solutions and offerings through AI, automation, analytics and operating model redesign. Responsible for developing scalable finance solutions, driving adoption and delivering measurable business benefits through innovation and transformation programs
Experience
- 15–20+ years in Finance Transformation, Consulting, GCC or Digital Finance
- Proven leadership of enterprise-wide finance transformation programs
- Experience implementing AI, analytics and automation solutions within finance organizations
- Working experience in creating Partnerships and Alliances with AI & wider ecosystem for co-development and deployment of solutions
Education
- CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance / Strategy
Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- PMP / Agile Certification
- Prosci OCM Certification
- AI / Data Analytics / Automation Certifications
