Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US Shift)
Training: 3 months of training will be provided to the selected candidate

- Handle customer queries
- Provide professional and effective customer support through calls

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts and adapt to business requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
