Role SummaryAfter successful training, you will work with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe during their business hours. You will act as an extension of their onsite IT team, providing remote technical support and handling business-as-usual (BAU) operations while collaborating with senior engineers.Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user helpdesk support via phone, email, and chat
Assist in administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams (Beginner level)
Support Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Azure AD (Intermediate level)
Work with backup solutions and related tools (Intermediate level)
Assist with firewall management tasks (rule creation, port forwarding, user admin, filtering, VPN)
Work with RMM and PSA tools (preferred)
Maintain excellent communication with global clients

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
