Job Title: Quality Checking
Industry: Precision Injection Moulding
Location: Bangalore – Billikahalli
Shift: Day shift initially; night shift as per production requirement
Experience: Fresher ITI/SSLC
Job Purpose
To inspect and ensure quality of precision injection-moulded plastic components as per defined standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect moulded components using visual and basic measuring tools
- Check dimensions, surface finish, and defects as per quality standards
- Record inspection results and maintain quality reports
- Segregate rejected parts and inform supervisors
- Follow SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines on the shop floor
- Support QC team in routine quality checks
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: SSLC / ITI Freshers
- Fresher's are welcome.
- Willingness to work in day shift initially and night shift later
- Physically fit for shop-floor work
