Front End Developer with React JS
Job Description
- We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience, specializing in React.js, to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end architecture, UI best practices, and performance optimization, and should be capable of owning front-end modules end-to-end.
- This role requires close collaboration with UX designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, reliable, and high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex, responsive web applications using React JS
- Architect and develop reusable, maintainable front-end components
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Enforce front-end best practices, coding standards, and guidelines
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issues
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
- 4–6 years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, and component lifecycle
- Strong experience with state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API)
- Solid knowledge of REST API integration and asynchronous programming
- Experience with Git and modern version control workflows
- Experience with unit and component testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Front-End Architecture & Tools
- React Router
- Redux / Redux Toolkit / Middleware
- Axios / Fetch
- Build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar
- npm / yarn package management
- Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to Next.js or server-side rendering concepts
- Familiarity with UI component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

Evaluation & Selection Process:

- The client will evaluate the output deliverables and confirm resource suitability/shortlist.
