UI Developers – 5 – 8 Yrs Experience
Key Skillsets: strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for front-end development, as well as an understanding of AEM's architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR,Maven & Jenkins
Core Skills:
ü Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS.
ü AEM Architecture: OSGi, Sling, JCR.
ü Java: Understanding of Java and Java EE.
ü Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and work under pressure.
ü Communication: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
ü Collaboration: Ability to work with designers and other developers.
ü Testing: Experience with automated testing tools.
ü Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
ü Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with trends.
ü AEM Components: Knowledge of AEM's building blocks, such as OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
ü AEM Architecture: Understanding of AEM's architecture and how it integrates with front-end technologies.
ü AEM API: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager APIs for interacting with AEM's back-end.
ü AEM Content Management: Experience with content management systems, preferably AEM.
ü AEM as a Cloud Service: Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
ReactJS-Specific Skills:
ü JSX: Ability to write and understand JSX.
ü React Components: Proficiency in creating and using React components.
ü State Management: Understanding of state management in React, including Redux or other libraries.
ü UI/UX: Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
ü APIs: Experience with consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL) from React.
ü Testing: Experience with React testing libraries like Jest or Enzyme.
ü Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques for optimizing React applications for performance.
Additional Skills (Good to have):
ü Node.js: Knowledge of Node.js for server-side tasks.
ü Advanced Design Techniques: Familiarity with advanced design techniques like parallax effects, GSAP, or Ceros.
ü Cookie Modal Development: Experience with cookie modal development using OneTrust.
ü Certification: AEM, React, or other relevant certifications.
ü HTL/Sightly: Experience with HTL/Sightly, AEM's templating language.
ü Digital Asset Management (DAM): Knowledge of AEM's DAM capabilities.
ü Personalization: Understanding of AEM's personalization features.
ü Develop and Deploy applications using organization's technology best practices, standards and procedures
ü Collaborate with technology teams to build and maintain web applications using CMS tool
ü Work with Product Owners, Solutions Architects and other IT and business groups to implement a quality and stable platform solution.
ü Participate in project planning sessions
ü Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment.
