About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js .
- Design reusable UI components and frontend architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with microservices-based backend systems.
- Implement responsive, secure, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Ensure application reliability, maintainability, and code quality.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise application performance.
- Follow frontend engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Requirements:
- Key Skills: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3 SASS, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Progressive Web Applications (PWA), Redux, Context API, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Webpack, Vite, Babel, Frontend Security, Performance Optimisation, Cross-Browser Compatibility
- Preferred Experience: Banking, Fintech, Payments, Lending, or Financial Applications. Exposure to Flutter, Android, or iOS development is an added advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
