About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability for mobile.
- Build animation-rich, devotional-first experiences (Reanimated, Lottie, Skia).
- Drive offline-first capabilities (SQLite, MMKV, caching strategies).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with React Native, deep expertise in RN internals.
- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, gesture systems, and native bridges.
- Experience architecting large-scale mobile apps (modularisation, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of iOS/Android build pipelines, OTA updates, and CI/CD. Big plus
- Experience with Hindi/regional language apps or shareable content engines.
- Built apps with daily rituals (meditation, journaling, devotional).
- Exposure to LLM-based personalisation, ML APIs, or observability tools.
